Return Policy

CR2 wants your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. 

Tuition Exchanges
We understand life get's in the way. If you need to reschedule, it's as simple as sending us a message and we'll transfer your tuition to a future course without charge. Unfortunately, due to our planning and logistic costs, we do not offer refunds.

Product Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, a store credit, or full refund. If you have return inquiries more than 30 days after receipt, please contact the product manufacturer for customer service for possible repair, or replacement.

Please be aware that all returns are subject to CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC Return Conditions. Return Conditions: Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used or broken), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, additional components.

All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Inquiry. Once complete, follow the provided return instructions and return the merchandise as soon as possible. Please note that your RMA number is only active for 15 days from the date of submission.

We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value when shipping them to us. And to ensure a timely return or exchange, we ask that you safely wrap items to prevent shipping damage. If you believe your order was damaged during transit, please contact CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC immediately.

Upon approval, CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC refunds customers via the original payment method. For example, if a customer paid via credit card, any necessary refunds will be applied to the customer's credit card.

Note: CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC requires the return of all promotional items and/or gifts included with your purchase, including gift certificates with purchase. For example, if a scope arrives with a free scope mount included, both items must be returned before processing an exchange or refund. In addition, CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC is currently unable to accept partial returns on kits or on any bundled goods. If a complete return is not received, CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC reserves the right to charge an additional $20 to send the package back to the customer.

Any gift certificate issued as a gift with qualifying purchase is void upon the return of qualifying product. The gift certificate is deemed returned with product return. If a gift certificate has been used at the time of return, CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return or refund the customer less the amount of the gift certificate issued.

CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC offers several items that are restricted for sale in the United States of America by federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations. Such federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations are subject to change. In the event of such change, CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC reserves the right to deny any return if it is illegal to ship, use, carry, possess, purchase, own, or sell such restricted product. It is ultimately the Customer's responsibility to investigate and ensure that the item is legal to use, carry, possess, purchase and/or own within the Customer's intended federal, state and/or local area.

CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC processes all returns within 15 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies. For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.

CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC does not charge restocking fees for most items sent back within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Restocking fees do not apply for items that are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and accessories, provided all Return Conditions are met and Return Instructions are followed.

CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on returns of opened, used, or damaged products and for those returns not following our Return and Exchange Instructions. Please note that CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-salable condition. Additionally, CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC reserves the right to charge additional fees if the item is not returned in its original packaging.

CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC will gladly fulfill an exchange whenever you are not fully satisfied with a purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the returned item is in NEW condition (i.e., not used, opened, broken, or tested) and does not fall under our Return Policy Exceptions.

Return Policy exception: Standard return policy does not apply to Special Order items, Wholesale Accounts, and High Value Contracts (above $25,000 USD). There are no refunds on Special Order items, Wholesale Accounts, and High Value Contracts. For more details, please contact our CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC directly.

Please complete an RMA Request inquiry for all returns. Upon completion, follow the provided Return instructions and return the merchandise within 15 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.
· Fill out and submit an RMA Request Inquiry to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions.
· Upon submission of the RMA Request inquiry, RMA instructions will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
· Pack the item(s) securely using the original packing material to prevent any damage while in transit.
· Please make sure you include all promotional materials, accessories, manuals, or other items included with the original shipment.
· Print out the "Return Summary" form and place inside the box.
· It is recommended that customers insure packages for their full value as CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our warehouse. Therefore, customers are responsible in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
· Please note that CR2 Shooting Solutions, LLC is currently unable to accept COD shipments. To ensure proper delivery, we highly recommend that you choose a carrier that offers delivery notification (e.g., UPS, USPS or FedEx).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
